About us

Dan holds an MBA from HEC Paris* (Strategy & Corporate Finance), a Financial Modelling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA)® accreditation from CFI (Corporate Finance Institute), specialization in Strategic Management from Wharton School (UPenn), and an LL.M from Insper.

He brings 15 years of multifaceted experience in financial/capital markets business, products, transaction structuring and M&A. Throughout his career, he has worked as operator, team leader, consultant, analyst, and legal professional at national and international institutions such as Santander AM, Standard Bank CIB, and TozziniFreire Advogados, as well as boutique firms. Most recently, he served as Operator and Head of Financial Transactions at Credit Guarantee Fund.

As an entrepreneur early on, he managed independent sales and marketing efforts for consumer products and drove corporate telecom sales to SMEs at TIM (Telecom Italian Mobile). Now, Dan seeks to acquire and scale a great company, applying his capability in strategy, corporate finance, modeling, valuation, due diligence, sales and legal matters. In parallel, he is an ambassador for France Alumni Brazil network (linked to the France-Brazil Chamber of Commerce & French Consulate) for the states of Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, Paraná, São Paulo & Mato Grosso do Sul.
