About us

Leveraging a background in Finance, Strategy & Legal, Dan brings 15+ years of multifaceted experience. Across financial and capital markets — spanning business, products, transaction structuring & M&A — he has held roles as operator, team leader, consultant, analyst, and legal professional at national and international institutions including Santander AM, Standard Bank CIB, TozziniFreire Advogados, as well as boutique firms. 

Most recently, as Head of Financial Transactions at Credit Guarantee Fund, he led operational transformation, financial structuring & value creation initiatives. As an entrepreneur early on, he managed independent sales & marketing efforts for consumer products, and drove corporate telecom sales to SMEs at TIM (Telecom Italia Mobile). 

Today, Dan aims to partner with or acquire a great company to operate and scale it, applying his capabilities in strategy, operations, corporate finance, sales, and deal structuring. 

Dan holds an MBA from HEC Paris* (Strategy & Corporate Finance), a Strategic Management specialization from Wharton School (UPenn), a Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA)® accreditation from CFI, and an LL.M from Insper. He is also a Board Member of HEC Paris Alumni Brazil.
