About us

Dan holds an MBA from HEC Paris* (Strategy & Corporate Finance), a Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA)® accreditation from CFI (Corporate Finance Institute), specialization in Strategic Management from the Wharton School (UPenn), and an LL.M from Insper.

Leveraging a background in Finance, Strategy & Legal, he brings 15 years of multifaceted experience in financial/capital markets business, products, transaction structuring and M&A, having worked as operator, team leader, consultant, analyst, and legal professional at national and international institutions such as Santander AM, Standard Bank CIB and TozziniFreire Advogados, as well as boutique firms. Previously, he served as Operator & Head of Financial Transactions at Credit Guarantee Fund. 

As an entrepreneur early on, he managed independent sales & marketing efforts for consumer products, and drove corporate telecom sales to SMEs at TIM (Telecom Italia Mobile). Now, Dan seeks to acquire or partner with a great company to operate and scale it, applying his capabilities in strategy, operations, corporate finance, sales and deal structuring. He is also an Executive Committee Member of HEC Paris Alumni Brazil.
