About us

Leveraging a background in Finance, Strategy & Legal, Dan brings 17+ years of multifaceted experience. In financial/capital markets—across business, products, transaction structuring and M&A—he has worked as operator, team leader, consultant, analyst, and legal professional at national and international institutions including Santander AM, Standard Bank CIB, TozziniFreire Advogados, as well as boutique firms. 

Most recently, he led operational transformation, financial structuring & value creation as Operator & Head of Financial Transactions at Credit Guarantee Fund. As an entrepreneur early on, he managed independent sales & marketing efforts for consumer products, and drove corporate telecom sales to SMEs at TIM (Telecom Italia Mobile). 

Now, Dan aims to acquire or partner with a great company to operate and scale it, applying his capabilities in strategy, operations, corporate finance, sales, and deal structuring. 

Dan holds an MBA from HEC Paris* (Strategy & Corporate Finance), Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA)® accreditation from CFI, Strategic Management specialization from Wharton School (UPenn), and LL.M from Insper. Executive Committee Member of HEC Paris Alumni Brazil.
