About us

Daniel has 15 years of experience, having worked in financial/capital markets business, products, transaction structuring and M&A, with roles as operator, advisor/consultant, analyst, commercial functions and legal at both national and international institutions such as Santander Asset Management, Standard Bank of South Africa Corp & Investment Banking, TozziniFreire Advogados, and boutique firms in real estate and agribusiness investments. Most recently, he served as Operator and Head of Financial Transactions at Credit Guarantee Fund.

As an entrepreneur, he marketed and sold beauty and nutrition products, establishing their distribution channels, and also leveraged his entrepreneurial acumen at TIM (Telecom Italian Mobile) to spearhead corporate telecom plan sales to SMEs. Throughout his journey, he has developed skills in strategy, corporate finance, modeling, valuation, due diligence, sales and legal. 

Daniel holds an MBA from HEC Paris* with a specialization in Strategy and Corporate Finance, an M&A Certificate from HEC Paris, a Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA)® accreditiation from CFI (Corporte Finance Institute) and Strategic Management from Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania (UPenn), an LL.M from Insper, a postgraduate degree in Business & Corp Law from PUC-SP, and an LL.B from Universidade Mackenzie. He is also an ambassador for France Alumni Brazil network (part of the French Consulate, related to France-Brazil Chamber of Commerce) in the states of São Paulo, Paraná, Santa Catarina, Rio Grande do Sul and Mato Grosso do Sul.
